Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (bɛ dɔɣi o la silimiin goli August 11, 1980) ka o nyɛ jintɔri zaŋ ti North Tongu din be Volta region.[1][2][3][4][5] O daa niŋ la "deputy minister of state" John Evans Atta Mills mini John Dramani Mahama ʒaamani.[6][7]
