Helen Adjoa Ntoso (bɛ dɔɣi o la February 1958) ka o nyɛ Ghana siyaasa nira ka lahi nyɛ jintɔri ti Krachi West constituency din be Volta Region,Ghana tiŋgbani ni.[1] O nyɛla lɛm paati nira (National Democratic Congress).[2] Hon Ntoso nyɛla "Regional Minister" kuro zaŋ ti Volta Region.[3]
