Criteria for Admins

[mali mi di yibu sheena n-niŋ]

I think we should have some basic criteria for choosing Admins. I can start drafting something, primarily would be say 100 edits, and activity level in mainspace content, maiintenance history like moving pages, redirecting content, etc. -Masssly (Yɛltɔɣa) 08:23, 27 Silimin gɔli August 2021 (GMT)[reply]

@Masssly: Agree! It's also recommended for candidates to demonstrate a need for using sysop tools, which can be shown if they have a good record of doing a lot of regular maintenance work. Adminship should be seen mostly as a "janitorial" job that mostly involves fixing minor errors and keeping things up to date. Maybe we can start with a minimum of 100 edits and 30 days, or perhaps 500 edits and 90 days as this wiki gets more active. It's also essential for candidates to be able to neatly format articles and correctly use wiki code. Sabon Harshe (Yɛltɔɣa) 04:25, 28 Silimin gɔli August 2021 (GMT)[reply]
