Univɛrsiti maa nyɛla din mali polo din galisim paai 206 hectares (509 acres) ka di dɔ Uriama sub-county din Maracha District ka miri tiŋa kpaŋa zaŋ n-ti Biliefe, di waɣilim nyɛla din be kamani 25 kilometres (16 mi) ka chɛ Arua zaŋ chaŋe Arua–Rhino Camp soli zuɣu.^[4] Ni ka bɛ mali niya ni bɛ yihi univɛrsiti maa shikuru titali labisi.^[5]

Nile University nyɛla din daa kpaɣi di tuuli shikuru bihi ban kalinli daa yiɣisi pihinu ni ata silimiin goli August biɛɣ'pishi ni ata dali yuuni 2003. Shikuru bila kam ŋun yɛn bɔhim undergraduati bɔhimbu yaɣili to ni o zaŋ yuun yini bɔhimbu English, Mathematics, Computer Studies n-ti pahi Ethics. Univɛrsiti maa nyɛla bɛ ni daa piligi shɛli ni wumsi shikuru bihi shikuru baŋsim mini vihigu niŋbu West Nile sub-region.^[6]
