Similar to {{FlagPASOathlete}}, but places the country name on a second line.

Usage

athlete

any text string, usually a wikilinked name

code

three letter code as per List of IOC country codes

games

the year of the games

The template gives the option to display the country code, although this is discouraged by MOS guidelines.
