The initial aim of establishing tsolihe School was to train Catholic Sisters/Nuns who would carry on with the evangelistic aspect of the Ch urch. Later, the Bishop found it worthwhile to expand intake to absorb able-bodied young girls who passed the then Common Entrance Examination but could not gain admission into the few Public secondary schools around.
