Buɣisibu
English: Australian government ensign in the design announced as the 1901 competition winner Ausflag: The Commonwealth Star has a six instead of seven pointed star, and the southern cross has 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 pointed stars instead of 4 with 7 and 1 with 5. While another version with four 7-pointed stars was approved by the King, this version was again approved by the PM in 1908, shortly before the Commonwealth Star was modified. The two versions were used as government flag and ensign, war flag, and sometimes as civil flag for Australia.
