It is grade one listed, and is now in the care of Hammersmith and Fulham Council and the Fulham Palace Trust . In the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors London Awards 2008 recent lottery-funded restoration work was Winner in the Building Conservation Category and Runner Up in the Overall Category.
