The Dagomba Commons Project
The Dagomba Commons Project is a cultural preservation initiative that supports the digitization and open licensing of Dagomba heritage including artifacts, festivals, and more for free and global access via Wikimedia Commons.
Objectives
[mali niŋ | mali mi di yibu sheena n-niŋ]- Digitize and openly license 20–30 cultural heritage items
- Train 15–20 community members in a one-day digitization workshop
- Upload content to Wikimedia Commons
- Add the documented photos to their respective Wikidata items and articles on the Dagbani Wikipedia

Expected Outputs
