Amaraaba! A wumdi Dagbanli? Ti bori a sɔŋsim! This series of pages is for a test-wikipedia in the Dagbani (or Dagbanli) language. Your Dagbanli input here will be appreciated. The request for the creation of the Dagbanli Wikipedia will be approved if and when there is sufficient article content. When it is approved, all content here would be moved to the actual Dagbanli language Wikipedia. Because this is a test-wikipedia all articles here must begin with the format [[Name of article]]. For example, an article about Dagbaƞ Nanima should be titled here as Dagbaƞ Nanima. (Of course in the actual wikipedia, the article would be titled as [[Dagbaƞ Nanima]] Dagbanli speakers are encouraged to create as many top-quality articles as possible. This test page needs to be translated into Dagbanli.
Articles: 56
We have placed priority on translating these health/medicine related articles as part of a collaboration with Medical Translation Project and Translators Without Borders. However other English language Wikipedia article translations as well as original works are highly encouraged. Over hundred paper-based translations have come in so far from our work with students who do not have access to to computers. We would appreciate any ideas or help in transcribing those documents. Discussions to improve this project are coordinated on the Wikimedia Dagbani mailing list. Please send a request to masssly[at]ymail.com or asianhausie[at]gmail.com to join the group.
